At Saint Simons Mobile Auto Detailing, we take pride in providing high-quality mobile car detailing services and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please review our refund policy below:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with the results of your detail, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include:
• A touch-up or re-clean of the affected area (at no additional charge)
• A partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue
2. No-Show or Late Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• If we arrive at your location and are unable to perform the service due to no access, the vehicle not being present, or unsafe working conditions, you may be charged up to 50% of the service price.
3. Weather Conditions
In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be contacted in advance and no cancellation fees will apply.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued at the discretion of management and may be offered under the following conditions:
• Service was not performed as advertised or agreed upon
• Vehicle damage caused directly by our technician (with proper documentation)
• Duplicate payments or booking errors

🕒 Cancellation & Rescheduling
• We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
